Because user-generated content is a slippery fish. This is a presentation for a workshop I ran with Professor Ted Fuller (and friends) at the University of Lincoln. There are many key words here; emergent, dynamic, co-creative, real-time, and so on and so forth. What really matters, is to acknowledge the social researcher, who 'grabs' at data and knows what to do with it...
